Mill Run Owners Association
The Mill Run Owners Association, an Ohio non-profit corporation has been established pursuant to the Mill Run Warranty Deed to own and maintain certain portions of the Mill Run Development, specifically the “Common Property”; and to oversee the covenants and restrictions of the warranty deed, and rules and regulations established by the Association.
This Association maintains 65 acres of manicured common area grounds in Mill Run including a 30 foot easement along the streets. Also maintained are nine ponds, eleven fountains, entrance sign features, 30 miles of irrigation pipes, over 1,700 irrigation heads, 3 1/2 miles of walking path, and the Mill Run Amphitheater. Each owner is subject to an assessment to cover the costs of the Association, which is established at the Annual Meeting held in November.
