History of Mill Run

Dating back to the mid 1980’s, Mill Run is the culmination of multiple efforts, starting with the original developer Taggart, Marryott, Reardon. Robert T. Taggart still serves as the President of the Mill Run Owners Association and over sees the operations for the +/- 80 owners that comprise the Association members. Mill Run is also enjoying commitments from local and national developers such as US Properties Group, Clearview Investments, Don M. Casto and Talcott Realty Investors.
 
Today, Mill Run is enjoying the efforts of the Mill Run Owner’s Association and City of Hilliard Mayor Schonhardt’s vision. The newly opened Trueman Boulevard and Britton Parkway extension bolster the ease of access into Mill Run. New retailers entering the Mill Run area such as Target, Staples and Home Depot have also brought new life to the strong consumer base that lives, works or shops Mill Run everyday.
